History
Nova100 was founded in 1997 as a part of Universum. In 2002, Nova100 became an independent company and soon began to expand internationally. We know that the most interesting employers want to meet the most talented students, and that the most talented students want to meet the most interesting employers. This means that the interest is mutual. Based on that thought we have chosen a special niche within the field of recruitment and employer branding.
KPMG became the first partner and was the first company to arrange an event with Nova in 1998 in Stockholm. Accenture was soon to follow, and in the following years Nova has worked with several of the world’s leading and most prestigious companies.
Today the Nova network spans across the globe with members all over the world. With offices in Europe, USA and Asia, we have the capacity to work with the leading companies in the world regardless of where they are.
